LIJEN SHEN

LiJen Shen is Of Counsel to the firm, specializing in securing and protecting intellectual property of all types. Her practice includes representation of corporations and inventors before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for a variety of patent and trademark matters. Ms. Shen has also assisted clients in coordinating global patent and trademark procurement efforts, as well as the enforcement of their IP rights in state and federal courts. Having worked in both boutique and large law firm environments, Ms. Shen is devoted to helping her clients reach their goals with cost-efficient strategies.

Prior to Ms. Shen's entry into the legal profession, she worked in technical and R&D roles for leading global electronics companies, including Asustek Computer, Acer, and a global bank. She holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University, and is on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Asian American Bar Association.
